Meet the winemaker

Millesime Cellars was founded by Brittany Jean Rice, a winemaker whose journey began in 1999. With over two decades of hands-on experience, Brittany brings together her expertise in winemaking, culinary arts, and fine arts to create wines that are as thoughtful as they are delicious.

Trained at Le Cordon Bleu and deeply rooted in sustainable viticulture, Brittany approaches each vintage with intention—blending tradition, innovation, and a deep respect for the land.

From barrel to bottle

Every bottle of Millesime Cellars wine is crafted by hand. From selecting premium fruit from SIP-certified and sustainably farmed vineyards to carefully aging in barrel, bottling, corking, waxing, and labeling—we oversee every step of the process.

Our wines are made in small batches, ensuring quality and character in every pour. We believe in sustainable practices, minimal intervention, and letting the vineyard speak for itself.
